Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

   • Entry is open to Australian residents only.

   • Entrants must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent to participate.
     

2. How to Enter

   • To enter, participants must:

     1. Post a photo showing their Lushyl product in use to ins.

     2. Include both hashtags: #Lushyl and #RugMadeTheRoom in the caption.

   • Entries that do not include both hashtags will not be valid.

   • Posts must be public in order to be visible for entry.
     

3. Competition Period

   • The competition is ongoing.

   • Prize draws will take place quarterly (every three months).

   • Lushyl reserves the right to close or extend the competition at any time without notice.
     

4. Prize

   • The prize for each draw will be announced by Lushyl and is subject to change at Lushyl’s discretion.

   • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
     

5. Winner Selection & Notification

   • Winners will be chosen at random from eligible entries received during the competition period.

   • The draw will occur at the end of each quarter.

   • Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform where the entry was submitted.

   • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Lushyl reserves the right to select another winner.
     

6. General

   • By entering, participants grant Lushyl permission to repost and share their entry content across Lushyl’s marketing channels, with credit to the original creator.

   • Lushyl reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

   • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
